NORDISK HYGGE CIRCLES - UGAKEI
Just before Christmas we had the pleasure of presenting our ongoing project the Nordisk Hygge Circles Ugakei at the Danish Embassy in Tokyo, Japan.
Our Director Alan Burden spoke about this as well as more works from the SE portfolio, our approach and history.
The presentation was part of an event putting focus on collaboration between Denmark and Japan, where Nordisk also presented some of their projects and new designs.
The rest of the team behind the innovative camping or 'glamping' site, Third Nature and Henrik Innovation, were featured in a short presentation video to elaborate on the process and thoughts behind our design. Find the video at the top of this post.
Unfortunately the current COVID19 pandemic has prevented us all from meeting at the event in person, but the project in the Ugakei Valley is very much showing how it is still possible to collaborate and develop good design across borders during this difficult time.
